We ask for your understanding that a subsequent change of the delivery address cannot be guaranteed. Orders are processed immediately, which is why we cannot guarantee any changes. 

If the delivery address given cannot be found or the consignment cannot be delivered for any reason, it will be returned to us. As soon as the shipment has been returned to us and has been checked, a refund will be issued to the originally specified payment method.
